ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Written purchase orders are required for all custom belt purchases. Each purchase order shall constitute a firm offer and shall indicate specific products, quantity, price, shipping instructions, requested delivery dates, bill-to and ship-to addresses, and any other special instructions. Any contingencies contained on such order are not binding upon ASCB, LLC. All orders are subject to acceptance by ASCB, LLC, who will accept or reject orders according to ASCB's then current practices. Prices are subject to change without notice. You must be at least 18 years of age or show us proof of parental consent to order from ASCB, LLC.

BILLING & PAYMENT 
100% of estimated graphic design and contingency costs are due upon beginning a project. A non refundable payment must be made before any work is started on a project. Once artwork is approved, the remaining balance the the custom belt order must be paid in full before production begins, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accepts the following forms of payment: Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Paypal and Electronic Funds Transfers. All payments are made payable to ASCB, LLC. A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. If paying via Pay Pal you must add an additional 3.5% to your order to cover their transaction fees.

TIMEFRAME AND DELIVERY
ASCB, LLC will provide the initial draft concepts to the Client within the timeframe agreed upon in the initial consultation. Please note that if we are experiencing higher than usual demand, your design will be scheduled for the next available time slot and you will be notified at the earliest possible time. ASCB, LLC will post the initial designs in an email or to a web site for review by the Client. The Client will then be able to view his/her draft designs and also be able to provide feedback concerning the design.

ASCB, LLC will continue the revision process as per the terms of the specific contract, until Client is 100% satisfied. Once the Client has approved the final design, the Client will complete any remaining payment owed, and ASCB, LLC will then proceed with the production phase.

COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARKS
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text or graphics furnished to ASCB, LLC for inclusion in the design do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another company or organization. The Client will hold harmless and protect ASCB, LLC from any claim or suit arising from the use of such as furnished by the client.

ASCB, LLC makes every effort to produce original artwork. ASCB, LLC will do no research checking on the legal availability of the name we are creating designs for. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the name of their company, logos and/or artwork supplied to ASCB, LLC by the client is not already in use, and it is the Client's sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. ASCB, LLC and it's employees will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image. ASCB, LLC retains the right to display the artwork in their corporate portfolios and marketing materials.

All concepts furnished to the client are for client review and comment purposes only. Until all project invoices are paid in full by the Client, ASCB, LLC will retain exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. ASCB, LLC also retains ownership of all draft materials not used in the final design.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final without conditions because these belts are customized and unique goods. NO refunds or cancellations will be allowed

WARRANTY/QUALITY ASSURANCE
We stand behind the quality of all of our belts. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Our customer service department is available to answer any questions you may have.

All products are covered under warranty for a minimum of 90 days, ASCB, LLC will handle defects and repairs on your behalf within the warranty period. This applies to the leather coming apart or if the plates are falling off. After the warranty period, if product repairs are needed, ASCB, LLC is available to assist, please contact us for more information. This statement complies with U.S. UCC laws (Unified Commercial Code).
